5. We do not charge shipping for International orders.
6. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 4 hours of placing the order.
7. All orders usually take 5-10 business days to dispatch.
8. It is our priority to dispatch the orders as soon as we receive the order but there can be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances.
9. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
10. International orders are dispatched as soon as all products in your order are ready with us. We don’t dispatch incomplete orders.
11. As the recipient, you are not liable for all the import duties, custom and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these will be borne by the brand.
