RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dhruv Kapoor, each piece is crafted with precision and care. We hope you love your purchase, but in the rare event you need to make a change, here’s our policy:

  • No Returns Policy.

    • No returns for Dhruv Kapoor products
    • Only those items are returned or exchanged that has some manufacturing defect or is completely different from what was ordered.

    • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

    • If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.

 

  • Exchange Only In India: We offer a one-time exchange for a different size or style within 3 days of receiving your order.


International Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
  • We do not offer delivery for Kapoor 2.0 internationally

 

Kapoor 2.0 Return Policy

Returns

  • We only accept returns in India
  • Returns can only be made within 3 days of delivery. We strictly do not accept after 3 days.
  • Refund will only be in the form of store credit and not credited to original payment method

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • We offer only store credits in cases of cancellations, no refunds will be made

Exchanges:

  • No exchanges will be made, only returns.

Conditions for Store Credit:

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months after return
  • You can login with your email, used for the original purchase
  • You can see all your past orders and also store credit
  • You can then use your store credit at the time of checkout 

Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Non-returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made orders, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

  • How to process a return-
    • If your order is fulfilled, only then you can request return
    • Create or login to your account
    • A verification email will be sent once you create an account. 
    • Click on 'Visit Store' and it will show you all past orders.
    • Select your product for return and follow the steps. Subject to approval, you will receive confirmation and updates via email.
    • You can see your store credits by logging into your account and use it to checkout.
